At the Surrogacy Center of Philadelphia, you’ll be supported by a team that truly understands the surrogacy journey — including professionals and former surrogates who have been there themselves! We care deeply about building real relationships between surrogates and Intended Parents and make sure everyone feels supported along the way. We work hard to offer strong compensation for surrogates while keeping the process manageable for the families we serve.
A surrogate, or more specifically a gestational carrier, is a person who agrees to carry a pregnancy for another individual or couple. At our agency, we specialize in gestational surrogacy, where the surrogate has no genetic link to the baby they carry. The child is conceived through In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) using the eggs and sperm of the intended parents or donors. Before the surrogacy journey begins, both the Intended Parents and the surrogate sign a contract, and the surrogate is compensated for her services.
First Time Surrogate: $60,000+
Experienced Surrogate: $65,000+

If you wish to become a gestational surrogate, you must meet the following requirements:
Many women tell us that one of the most meaningful parts of surrogacy is helping a family close to home. Our program focuses on connecting Pennsylvania surrogates with families who are hoping to welcome a child right here in our own community. When you carry for a local family, the experience often feels more personal—many of our surrogates stay connected with their Intended Parents long after the journey is complete.
Our team understands the generosity behind your decision and stands beside you from the first conversation through delivery and beyond. You will always have guidance, encouragement, and someone to call when questions come up. We focus on building real relationships between surrogates and Intended Parents so the journey feels supportive, respectful, and meaningful for everyone involved.
Working with a Pennsylvania-based program also makes the process easier for you. We know the clinics, doctors, and professionals throughout the state and can coordinate care close to home whenever possible so travel stays limited.
Beyond compensation, you’ll be part of a community of women who are on the same path. Our surrogates connect through virtual gatherings and local meet-ups, sharing experiences and supporting one another throughout the journey.
Being part of a local Pennsylvania program means you are not just helping any family—you are helping a family in your own region grow, while receiving guidance and support from a team that is right here beside you.
