If you are pursuing surrogacy independently, our surrogate screening services let you bring in professional screening without signing on for full case management. We screen your chosen surrogate for one flat rate and provide all documentation, including medical records and third-party evaluator reports, to the fertility clinic of your choosing.
This package fits intended parents who have already found a surrogate, often a friend, a family member, or someone from a matching platform, and who plan to manage the rest of the journey themselves or through their clinic. If you would rather we handle the full journey after screening, our Identified Carrier Program adds contracts, escrow, insurance, and case management through birth

Once you share your surrogate’s details, our team coordinates each part of the screening: background checks, a full medical records review, OBGYN and maternal fetal medicine clearance, psychological evaluation, and an insurance review. When everything is complete, we deliver the full documentation package to your clinic so they can move forward with confidence.
Surrogate and partner screening is a $4,000 flat rate. If you start with screening only and later move to our full case management program, we credit what you have already paid toward your agency fee.
